Your use of our services is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation or participating in our tours.

Reservations and Payments

  • All reservations must be made in advance through our website or by contacting our customer service team.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. We accept a variety of payment methods.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • In the event of a cancellation by the customer, written notice must be given at least 14 days prior to the tour date to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount.

  • In the case of a cancellation by the company, a full refund will be provided without any cancellation fees.

Itinerary Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify the tour itinerary in cases of force majeure, unexpected weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Any changes will be made in a manner that preserves the travel experience for our customers as much as possible.

Liability

  • Ethiopian Eco Tours shall not be liable for any damages, loss, or injuries incurred during the tour, including but not limited to bodily injuries, property loss, or damages resulting from activities not under our control.

  • Each participant in the tour is responsible for their personal health and for meeting any required health conditions.

Conduct During the Tour

  • Tour participants are required to show cultural respect and behave according to local customs while visiting tribes and historical sites.

  • It is essential to follow the guidance of our tour guides and comply with the instructions provided during the tour.

Privacy

  • We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers' personal information and will not share it with third parties, in accordance with our privacy policy.

 

  1. Jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any disputes arising will be settled in the competent court.​​
