My name is Gashaw and I have worked in the tourism profession for 13 years.Now I live in North Gondar,Ethiopia and I have improved my tourism career and transferred it to a tour company.Education: I studied major Geography and minor History for my first degree, and I studied my master degree on Natural resource and Environmental management.My long experience as a tour operator has made my current job easier, and based on the lessons I have learned and the experience I have had with the company, it has led me to open an eco-friendly tour.In terms of balancing the environment, it is to focus on ecotourism and to emphasize how we should use our land in harmony with existing conditions and to encourage those who work with natural resources.Therefore, we spend 5% of our annual profit on environmental protection.What we do: We focus more on visiting National parks in the Country, and by doing this, we will encourage the workers around them and create awareness that there are job opportunities through tourism for protecting their environments.In addition to this, we will be able to efficiently tour the Historical and Cultural heritages in
